Accommodation

Casa Ana nursing home has 6 modern rooms equipped with 2 and 3 beds, TVs, access to telephone, radio and internet. Most rooms have private bathroom and terrace. Casa Ana nursing home also has a room equipped for people with special needs. Dining area and living room is spacious, modern and is equipped with TV. Casa Ana also has a medical cabinet for consultations and treatment. The yard is spacious, with the opportunity to dine outdoors and do various activities.

Medical and Personal Care

Permanent care and assistance with qualified staff (24/7). Residents can take advantage of the services of home medical practitioner whenever needed. On request or at the recommendation of the medical practitioner the residents may benefit from psychological counselling. Through collaboration with a specialized clinic and with nursing home physician referral only, residents can benefit from massage recovery, galvanic baths, medical gymnastics, kinetotherapy, hydrokinetotherapy, mineral water baths and physiotherapy. Cleaning and grooming residents whenever needed. Cleaning and laundry services are outsourced to specialized companies. All rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Nutrition

The menu consists of 3 main meals and 2 snacks, prepared by qualified personnel, through a partnership of catering. The menu is done to suit residents’ desire and at the advice of the nursing home physician, depending on the health condition of everybody. Meals are served in the dining room, as for bedridden people dining is served in bed assisted by the nursing home staff.

Activities

Sightseeing and visiting tourist destinations are scheduled according to the wish of the majority of the residents. Casa Ana organizes dinners for Christmas, New Year, Easter and birthday celebrations. Also, apparatus for physical maintenance (massage machine, bicycle, etc.) and, not least, games (rummy, chess, Monopoly, cards)are all ensured. Casa Ana nursing home is subscribed to various newspapers and magazines that will be available to the residents.
